The start of any new hair color adventure is a Manic Panic bleach kit. Before applying any of Classic High Voltage®, Creamtone® or Amplified™ hair colors to dark hair, it is recommended lightening your natural hair. To help you get the right color you’ve been dreaming of, Manic Panic offers a full line of vegan hair bleaching kits.
 
The Flash Lightning kits contain everything you need to bleach your hair before using Manic Panic hair dye. The bleach kits are available in different volume strengths depending on your natural hair color and the color you are using to dye your hair. The lighter the hair dye, the lighter you will need to bleach your hair to get the most vibrant results. On each hair dye product, there is a recommend hair bleach volume for the best color results. Manic Panic Flash Lightning hair bleach kits are vegan and not tested on animals and come in a box with everything you need.
 
Manic Panic Flash Lightning hair bleach kit contains:

• 36 g Bleach Powder: Dust-Free Formula.
• 120 ml 30 Vol. Cream Developer, 9%: The cream developer determines the volume strength.
• 1x Mixing Tub: To mix your bleach powder and crème developer together.
• 1x Tint Brush: For precision application and full coverage.
• 1x Plastic Cap: Leave on the cap while developing your bleach.
• 1 pair Latex-free Gloves: Protect your skin from the bleach during application.

 
Just like with any hair dye products, it is important to strand test Manic Panic Flash Lightning hair bleach. This will allow you to check for any allergies and ensure the results are as expected.
 
We suggest purchasing a Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit for every 10 cm of length you have at an average thickness.
 
Application
For the best results, make sure to follow all the included hair bleach instructions carefully. Do not apply to hair that has been dyed permanent black. Length of processing time depends on the color and condition of your hair. While processing, make sure to check your hair every 10 minutes after application to evaluate how much the color has lifted. To do so, wipe away some of the bleach in the area you want to check and gently pull on the strands to ensure there is no breakage. If your hair is not as light as you’d like, and there is no breakage, reapply the bleach and continue processing. Thoroughly shampoo your hair after you are done processing your hair with Prepare To Dye® Clarifying Shampoo twice to ensure hair is squeaky clean. Do not condition before using Manic Panic dyes.
 
Caution
Read all instructions carefully before using this product. Only use as directed. For external use only. This product contains persulfates, alkalis and other ingredients, which may cause serious irritation, respiratory and/or allergic reactions. Contains hydrogen peroxide that may cause sever skin irritation to skin or eyes. Prepare and use product in areas with adequate ventilation. Do not inhale or ingest product. If affected by inhalation, move to fresh air and seek medical attention as required. If take internally call physician, hospital or poison control center immediately and induce vomiting only if recommended by qualified medical personennel. Always wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with clothing, skin or eyes. In case of contact with clothing, skin or eyes flush immediately with water and seek medical attention as required. Do not use if you or your client have had a reaction to lightening (bleach) products in the past. Do not use on eyebrows or lashes as this may cause blindness. Do not use on beard, mustache or other body hair. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using product. Always wash hands thoroughly before doing these activities. Do not apply mixture directly on the scalp or if scalp or adjacent areas are irritated, and remove product immedately if itching or burning occurs. Discontinue use if scalp or skin irritation occurs, seek medical attention as required. Use only non-metallic bowls and ustensils. Do not use over metal dyes or damaged hair. Point bottle away from face when opening and replace and tighten cap when not in use. Do not dispose of product or product mixtures in trash as doing so may result in fire. Dispose of unused product to contanier. Store in cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Product should not be used on persons under the age of 16.
