High Riser Pre-Bonded bleaching powder is your ally for all lightening techniques (wrap, air and overall lightening). It is ideal for lightening up to 9 tones on all dark bases. Enriched with a Bond protective concentrate, citric acid and glycine, to protect the internal structure of the fibre. It's a compact powder with a creamy texture that's easy to apply. Hair is lightened, shiny and luminous.
