Manic Panic Manic Mixer Pastel-Izer

The Manic Panic Pastel-izer can be mixed with any Manic Panic hair colour to create a lighter pastel shade. Like all Manic Panic hair products, the Pastel-izer is vegan and not tested on animals. It also has a PPD-free formula that conditions the hair while it is being coloured.
