Andis Company was founded in 1922 as a family business and is today a leading manufacturer of portable tools for trimming, cutting and combing hair.

It all began with the manufacture of clipper blades for a hand-operated, non-motorized hair clipper (Clipper). The advantages of the Andis Clipper over the other hair clippers available at that time were that it was smaller, faster and more powerful. This clipper was a forerunner and the first generation of today's Master Clipper, which is still one of Andis's most popular products.

Today, Andis offers a wide range of clippers and hair trimmers that, thanks to years of experience on the one hand and innovation on the other, continue to be optimal for consumers who want to rely on efficient tools.
