Wella Professionals Ultimate Color Sealer Liquid Layer preserves color, instantly replenishes and rebalances pH to its natural level. Formulated with Metal Purifier technology, glycine and vitamin B5, it seals cuticles, creating a smooth surface that locks in color and enhances shine.
Application
After coloring, emulsify, rinse, apply shampoo, rinse again. Divide damp hair into 4 sections, spray 2 to 3 times section by section onto hair and scalp. Comb through. Do not rinse.
