What is the first thing that crosses your mind when you think of England? As a non-English person I think of: the Kingdom, the Queen, rugby, cricket, classy people, but most notably I think of the advertisement in which two elegant people relish a piece of chocolate after their tea, but not just any piece of chocolate, but rather mint chocolate.
