Genaue Klingenform dank Abrichtverfahren sowie VARIO-Verschraubung für eine leichte und sehr gute Gängigkeit. Die VARIO-Verschraubung kann einfach mit einer Münze nachjustiert werden.
 
Schärfe
Klassische Klingen mit einem flachen Schneidenwinkel für sehr gute Schärfe. Dank Hohlschliff und Honing gut zum Slicen geeignet.
